Escape the 船

Situated on an abandoned ship, the Escape船 game challenges the players to figure out a way to get rescued. To escape the ship, the players need to peruse the clues and work out password combinations that consist of simple Chinese subject + verb + object sentences. The target audience of the Escape船 game includes beginning level mandarin Chinese learners and text-based game lovers who are also interested in the Chinese language. In designing the game, we focused on providing players an immersive experience.
